６月２０～２１日にICNND第３回モスクワ会合が開催されました。場所は、モスクワ・クレムリン近くのリッツカールトンホテルでした。２１日午後に、秋葉忠利・広島市長およびNGOアドバイザーのティルマン・ラフ、川崎哲が発言するセッションがもたれました。そのときのラフ・川崎両名による発言原稿とパワーポイント・スライドを紹介します。

The third ICNND meeting was held in Moscow on 20-21 June, 2009. The venue was the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, near the Kremlin. On the afternoon of the 21st, a session was held with the opportunity for presentations by the Akiba Tadatoshi, Mayor of Hiroshima, and NGO Advisors Tilman Ruff and Kawasaki Akira.
